Water fountain!

Today Baby D went to his first story time.  He slept the whole way through it.

A had a good time though. He was a little shy, but when it was his turn to bang the drum to the syllables in his name, he started to come out of his shell.  Then when it was time to knock Humpty Dumpty off the wall  (a felt egg and wall on a felt board), he did it with gusto and everyone clapped.

This story time was at the Mt. Lebanon library.  We've never been there before so every toy was a new toy and we played for a few hours before heading home.

Another new adventure for today was that A used the water fountain! I had to hold his arms down or he just splashed in the water.  I also had to kind of shove his head in the fountain the first time until he figured it out.  Then he kept going back for more! They even had a stool, so he could actually reach it himself.  Maybe next time I'll teach him to push the button.  He had been getting pretty good at turning toys on and off, so I'm sure he could do it if we tried.
